She was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about Harper’s rehabilitation. Harper absolutely loved her visits and would get excited whenever Aimee arrived. Aimee was calm and patient with Harper and gave her space for a break from treatment when needed.
Everything was explained clearly and Aimee adjusted the rehab plan to suit both Harper’s needs and what we were realistically able to manage ourselves. The exercises and guidance were practical and easy to follow, which made the process much smoother for us and took away a lot of our worries regarding the recovery process."

"Lana has been treating my 6 year old labordor since June 2025 and has been incredible with her. My dog was really struggling to walk and with regular treatments and support with home exercises Myr has returned to full fitness and her normal self. We would be lost without her, Lana went above and beyond when my spaniel Winnie slipped discs in her spine and broke part of her back and continued to help with her recovery after her surgery and right up until her final few days with us Winnie adored Lana. We would be lost without her, Lana went above and beyond when my spaniel Winnie slipped discs in her spine and broke part of her back and continued to help with her recovery after her surgery and right up until her final few days with us Winnie adored Lana. Then there’s Isla, it’s safe to say that I think Isla loves Lana more than me, I have never seen Isla go as silly as she does when Lana is at ours but despite Isla doing anything in her power to not sit still or trying to steal the treats Lana is so patient and caring with Isla as she is all her clients. There really is no one else in the world I would trust with my dogs and I’m so grateful Lana came in to our lives 3 years ago when Isla got diagnosed with hip dysplasia and elbow dysplasia and talked through everything with me and has helped me understand all that she is going through.
I can’t tell you enough Lana how incredibly grateful we are for you so thank you for everything you are amazing 💕"

"Lana is amazing. She visits the house, near Epping, Essex and has won Trixie over. Trixie was getting reactive- maybe in part due to the pain of her lameness. Her vet said a physio was a good idea but doubted Trixies “temperament” would cope. The vet hadn’t met Lana!! Lana took it slow with Trixie, reading her comfort levels carefully. I

In two visits Trixie was literally and metaphorically eating out of her hand. Lana is very skilled in reading the signs of joint imbalance and so clever at making excercises possible to do, even with my admittedly tricky Trixie. She is wonderful. Would recommend!!"

When our 13 year old Jessie tore her cruciate ligament she couldn't walk and was in severe pain, she was too old to be operated on.
Lana liaised with our vets and began rehabilitation and over a period of time with Lanas guidance and help Jessie began to walk again.

Lana has been fantastic with Tilly for the past 6 months. She is patient and never makes her do anything that she is not comfortable with. The belly rub always helps too!
I have seen such a difference in Tilly’s leg, which after the injury wasn't sure she’d be able to walk without a severe limp.
