Lana Charge - Veterinary Physiotherapist & Founder of Recharge Veterinary Physiotherapy
Lana is a RAMP-accredited, Master’s qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist covering Essex and surroundings. Lana is really passionate about meeting the mental needs of our dogs as well as the physical needs.
Alongside clinical work, Lana also lectures the final year students at Anglia Ruskin University and has a postgraduate certificate in teaching and learning. When she’s not treating patients or teaching, she’s out and about with her own Border Collie, Holly, whose own rehab journey inspires her every day.

Aimee Flack - Veterinary Physiotherapist
Aimee provides both equine and small animal physiotherapy, bringing experience from veterinary referral, hydrotherapy and equine rehabilitation settings. Fully qualified (BSc), insured and RAMP registered, she’s passionate about helping animals move comfortably and recover well. Aimee is also a personal trainer (for humans!) so has a real understanding of form and function. She has a particular love for the smallies - her favourite breeds are pomeranians and chihuahuas!
Caroline Chambers - Administration Assistant
Caroline is a qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist, who assists behind the scenes to help keep things running smoothly at RVP. She is here to make sure you get the information and support you need - quickly and efficiently.
